It is an infusion of the principles of several healing modalities including Johrei, Spiritual Response Therapy. It is shamanic in that it focuses on the natural energies that make up our world. The most obvious ones are the energies of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water. The energy of Spirit permeates everything on all levels. Many religions and spiritual systems around the globe focus on the importance of bringing the Elements within a person or place into balance to achieve health. EPH focuses on the subconscious, conscious and super-conscious levels.
In my experience over the last 10 years, most people have both Light and Dark spirit guides. These alliances were formed in the past, and seemed like a good idea at the time for a variety of reasons. There's no need to be frightened by them now; using EPH, the Angels of Light reassign guides that are not in alignment with your intentions for yourself. This is why I take my directions from the Angels of Light. But each atom is made of the same thing - energy. The substance is the same. But one thing scientists haven't clued into is that meta-physicists have known for millennia is that the substance of energy is unconditional love. Energy patterns are templates for how our bodies and our minds work. Chemical problems like depression or learning disabilities change when their underlying energy template is changed. Were this not the case, then Reiki, Johrei, acupuncture, acupressure, chi gong, homeopathy, and a whole host of other methods, medicines and treatments wouldn't work, either. Professor Harold Saxton-Burr, working at Yale University, discovered that all living creatures have a measurable electromagnetic field surrounding them. This field changes when there are physical or even emotional changes in the body. Thousands of experiments over many decades proved to him that the field is primary and the physical body is secondary - that is, the field is of a controlling nature. This means that changes in the field are later followed by changes in the physical cells of the body.

Usually, the only difference between one person seeing a ghost, and another person not seeing it is belief - an idea of possibility. The difference between a millionaire and a pauper is the idea of money - to have, or not have, that is the question. One person argues - explains - why s/he can't have money and the other argues why s/he can have it. The obstacles to having it face both people pretty much equally. Those conscious thoughts are easy enough to change, but the unconscious ones are trickier. The unconscious mind is like a computer - it holds data from all life times. Something a person believed in once upon a time still has a very powerful effect now if the energy pattern hasn't been released and replaced with something else. Vows, promises, agreements, and contracts follow us around until we consciously cancel them, just was we had to consciously make them. No, because we are working with Angles of Light and the Ascended Masters (and Mistresses). We ask for protection and guidance before we do any work. The work includes getting rid of any beings that would bring you harm. Not all spirit guides are kindly or harmless. People have been known to have dark angels as spirit guides. Getting rid of malevolent guides and creating protection is an important aspect of the work. The only known side effects is that you can be a bit tired after the appointment. How tired you are depends on how much negative energy and/or how many negative beings you release. As your new levels of Light and positive energy stabilizes, you'll return to feeling normal, usually with in a few hours or a day.
